The Akron native, dressed in a custom orange and brown suit with “216” pinstripes, smiled as he declared, “I spent my childhood in the Dawg Pound dreaming of this—now I can bark from the owner’s box!” The deal makes Kelce the first active NFL player to own a stake in another franchise (approved by a special league vote).
