The complaint identified Blonigen as the driver. According to the complaint, she admitted to consuming THC from a vape cartridge pen before the crash. The complaint also stated that Blonigen admitted to not having a driver’s license.

The complaint said her blood was drawn at the hospital for lab testing. The complaint notes that additional charges are anticipated pending lab results.

Blonigen appeared in Fond du Lac County Court on June 17. The court set her bond at $5,000. She was ordered not to operate a vehicle, not to use any CBD, THC, or hemp products, and not to have any vapes or any paraphernalia related to them. She’s also ordered to have no contact with the victims and their parents.
