Jurors in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, heard from prosecutors that the man entered the stable with the intention of killing the pigs, but encountered the student who was feeding the animals.

The individual beat Milena before sexually assaulting her and leaving her unconscious in the kitchen, the court heard.

The student died from blood loss after a sow allegedly severed her femoral artery and other pigs attacked her.

The criminal received a 23-year sentence

The criminal was imprisoned for 23 years in a strict regime penal colony, according to the Daily Star.

The Siberian court statement said: “Zykov assaulted the girl, stole her mobile phone and, after she lost consciousness from the blows, left her in a stable with bleeding wounds. The pigs reacted to the blood and began to attack the girl.”

Unfortunately, the young woman was found too late to be saved.
